The BRIT Awards with Mastercard today announce the second season of their official podcast The Red Carpet Treatment, which launches today (Wednesday 9th August) after a successful debut season towards the end of last year.

The series is hosted by musician, actor and presenter, Jordan Stephens, most well known for being one half of Rizzle Kicks. Jordan Stephens is taking over from YouTuber Nella Rose, who hosted the first season, having been a guest on the first series. Speaking about handing over the presenter duties to Jordan, Nella said:

"I'm so happy to be handing over the reins to my wonderful friend Jordan Stephens. Not only is he the perfect man for the job, I just KNOW that the vibes he brings will be EPIC! Can't wait to watch and listen!"

The episodes, recorded against a backdrop of BRITs statues, will see Jordan welcome guests from the world of music and entertainment. They will open up about their own BRITs experiences, all things music and what it’s like to have a career in the spotlight.

This is a unique podcast about celebrity, career milestones and personal growth. Clips from the podcast will also be made available on YouTube as guests strike a pose and reminisce about their careers to-date with Jordan.

Speaking about the podcast Jordan said:
“I’m picky with what I present but I couldn’t say no to The BRITs. Great legacy, great team. I get to chat to friends and make new ones. Got my dogs with me too. Happy days!”

The first episode will feature Girls Aloud royalty Nicola Roberts.

Later episodes will feature Olivia Dean, Mae Muller, Clara Amfo, James Bay, Fleur East, James Arthur and Mimi Webb.
