The BRIT Awards 2020 with Mastercard took place last night (Tuesday 18th February) live on ITV from the O2 Arena, London, celebrating the achievements of British and international artists and musicians over the last year.

Jack Whitehall returned to hosting duties for the third year, and oversaw an exceptional evening of entertainment, which included the live debut of American singer Billie Eilish's 'No Time To Die', the theme from the latest James Bond film to be released later this year. She performed the track with her brother, FINNEAS, the legendary Hans Zimmer and former the Smiths guitarist, Johnny Marr.

There were also incredible performances from Mabel, Stormzy, Dave, Lewis Capaldi, Harry Styles, Lizzo, and winner of the Rising Star award, Celeste. British music icon Rod Stewart closed the show, and was joined by Ronnie Wood and Kenney Jones.

Lewis Capaldi was the big winner of the night, picking up awards for Best New Artist and Song of the Year for his chart-topping hit "Someone You Loved". Dave picked up the prestigious Mastercard British Album of The Year for his album Psychodrama, and became only the second artist to win both Mastercard British Album of The Year at the BRITs and the Mercury Prize for the same album, following Arctic Monkeys debut album Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not.
