Following on from our most recent Insight Session with ERA and Music Ally, exploring the role of superfans in the music industry, we are pleased to share the report.
The Insight Session was the first session to take place virtually, with hundreds attending to hear a wide variety of speakers talk about the history and roles superfans have in the music industry.
The report focuses on why they are important to the music business and features overviews of current research on the subject, with label case studies. It looks at the role of the digital world, and how labels and artists can continue to adapt to best serve their superfans.
