It’s very rare for a British band to launch with their debut single and be all over the press and radio in the US… and for that debut single to be produced by Andrew Wells (behind music by Bebe Rexha, Meghan Trainor, Jason Mraz and more).

But a band like “push baby” is very rare in itself.

You may recognise the members – fronted by Jake Roche, until 2014 they were known as Rixton and had hit singles such as “Me And My Broken Heart” and “Wait on Me”; they even toured with Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and Demi Lovato.

Then…. they got dropped and it was time to re-evaluate life. It was in this moment that Roche re-strategised and searched for something more authentically him. And that, is “push baby”. And “Mama’s House” is really really good.
