Delivered in partnership with Attitude is Everything  This session, directed toward Staff Members, provides practical tools to improve the working relationship and understanding of those with lived experience of neurodiversity and mental health conditions.  Note if you are a Line Manager, it might be more appropriate for you to join the Monday 1 December session.  Each training session is a three-hour session covers:  Stigma & Discrimination  Common myths and misconceptions about Neurodiversity  Understanding Neurodiversity and Mental Health  Practical tools to help minimise the impact of stress  Practical tools to support those with mental health conditions  Barriers faced in the workplace by Neurodivergent staff  Practical tool to address barriers faced in the workplace  Understanding access needs  Case Studies based on real-life examples lived experience  This training webinar is delivered via Attitude is Everything’s Online Learning hub. Course participants will be added to the hub and sent meeting details in advance of the training session.
