The BRIT Awards 2024 with Mastercard today announce details of Bring on The BRITs with Mastercard: The 2024 Nominations - the exclusive live stream in which nominations for this year’s awards will be revealed on the official BRITs Instagram and Facebook accounts from 4pm GMT on Wednesday 24th January.

Presented by acclaimed national broadcaster Yinka Bokinni, Bring on The BRITs will be streamed on Instagram and Facebook and will be the first place to find out this year’s nominees. The broadcast will feature interviews with some of this year’s nominees, along with a guest appearance from radio broadcaster and alternative music champion Jack Saunders. Fans will also get to hear more about the main show, which takes place Saturday 2nd March, live from The O2 arena, broadcast exclusively on ITV1 and ITVX.

Yinka commented: I’m so incredibly excited to be hosting Bring on the BRITs - revealing the nominees for the 2024 BRIT Awards is such an honour and a real pinch-me moment. It’s been an incredible year for music - I can’t wait to see the breakout stars from the last 12 months get their first ever BRITs moment - plus of course celebrating the amazing artists we know and love…it’s going to be huge!"

The Nominations stream is the first part of a new partnership between The BRITs and Meta, which will see exclusive content published on Instagram and Facebook throughout the BRITs campaign. The public will be invited to vote for the winners of all five genre awards: Alternative/Rock Act, Dance Act, Hip-Hop/Grime/Rap Act, Pop Act & R&B Act, exclusively on Instagram. Details of how to vote will be announced via the BRITs social accounts in the coming days, with the winners being announced on the night.

Bring On The BRITs with Mastercard was announced on the official BRITs channels through a series of Instagram influencer challenges involving Lara Adkins, Charlie Marlowe and Watson Hirschfield. The trio were challenged to break into 60kg block of ice using tools of their own choosing. Waiting for them inside was an envelope to reveal details of this year’s show.

The BRITs have already announced their first winner for 2024; the widely tipped ones-to-watch The Last Dinner Party are the winners of the 2024 BRITs Rising Star award, celebrating another future star of British music.

The BRIT Awards 2024 with Mastercard will take place on Saturday 2nd March - once again in a primetime weekend slot - and will broadcast live on ITV1 and ITVX from The O2 arena.

Tickets for the public are on sale from 10am today from HERE

This year the BRIT award has been designed by acclaimed visual artist and painter Rachel Jones, following an illustrious list of British artists and creative powerhouses that, for over ten years, have been giving the BRIT award statue a different look and makeover; from Dame Vivienne Westood, Tracey Emin, Pam Hogg to Sir Phillip Treacy, Damien Hirst and Anish Kapoor. She inherits the honour from 2023 trophy designer Slawn.

Further campaign announcements will be made in the coming weeks.
