The BPI, the representative voice for the UK’s world-leading record companies and label businesses, is from today inviting tenders from organisations or individuals who would be interested to meet all or part of its member training requirements for 2026 and potentially beyond.

In partnership with its current training providers, the BPI has typically offered up to 45 training courses and webinars per year.  Subject matters have focussed on understanding the dynamics of the industry, including the copyright which underpins it, along with current affairs, challenges in the industry, advice for those just starting out, and many more areas.

These online sessions have proved popular with BPI members in covering the breadth of the music industry, with recent topics including Metadata + Rights Management, How CMOs Work, Sync Tools + Pitching, and Practical uses of AI

In keeping with governance best practise, the BPI is now looking to review, refresh and expand its industry-renowned offer, and is keen to receive proposals for innovative ideas and formats that will advance and support its training and webinar programme so that its label members can continue to have access to the most up-to-date industry learnings and insights.

Submissions can be made to the [email protected] email address for the attention of BPI Member Services Manager, Emily Jackson. They should arrive no later than 5th December 2025.

These should include: the applicant’s name, organisation and role, and should set out the titles of the modules they propose to offer, including a brief description of what will be covered, the format/timing of each module (e.g. live webinar/on-demand learning etc.), and the expected programme costs.

Enquiries and applications are welcome from providers of all backgrounds, including previous delivery partners.
