Andy Bird was CEO of Pearson, the world’s leading learning company up until January 2024.Prior to that, he spent 14 years as President and then Chairman of Walt Disney International, helping transform the organisation into a digital-first, direct-to-consumer business. Previously, Andy held senior positions at AOL Time Warner, including as Co-President of TBS International. Earlier in his career, he worked in radio and broadcasting at Piccadilly Radio, Virgin Broadcasting Company, BSB Music Channel, Big and Good Productions and Unique Broadcasting. A trustee of The Paley Center for Media, Andy’s honours include a CBE.
