The BPI, the representative voice for independent labels and major record companies across the UK, today announces the next ‘Meet The Market Pitch Webinar’ series, part of the BPI’s Music & Tech Springboard. Sign up here.

As part of the BPI’s 50th anniversary celebrations, the ‘Meet The Market Pitch Webinars’ will see a different Springboard member present their music tech service for five minutes each day for one week, with the next edition taking place via BlueJeans Webinar at 14:00pm BST from Monday 15th to Friday 19th May.

The pitch webinars are open to all BPI members and associate members, educational institutions, Venture Capital firms and anyone who is interested in learning more about the new technologies and solutions that are coming to the music industry.

Schedule:

15th May - Biiah

Biiah is a platform designed to help people establish a daily singing routine to improve their health, through virtual and in-person workshops as well as a companion app

16th May – DAACI

DAACI’s pioneering compositional AI empowers today’s composers to meet the music demands of the future by creating infinite music to a dynamic brief in real time.

17th May – Music League

Music League gamifies music discovery. Musicians, their labels, managers and promoters can have exclusive access to branded "lobbies" where artists interact with their (existing and new) fans using the game to promote themselves, their labelmates and anything else they care about.  Music League begets "actually engaging engagement"... no more shouting into the social media void.

18th May – AudioShake

AudioShake makes audio interactive and accessible by using AI to separate recordings into their component parts (“stems”). Winner of Sony’s Demixing Challenge, AudioShake’s best-in-class technology is used by major and indie labels, music publishers, artists, producers, and more. AudioShake powers stem and instrumental creation across sync licensing, spatial audio, remixes, dialogue and speech removal. The company is now also partnering with rightsholders and third parties to help build the next wave of audio experiences in social, UGC, streaming, dubbing, gaming, and more.

19th May - Blockpool

Blockpool is a blockchain technology provider who can deploy private chains, full blockchain solutions, within days not months or even years. It is proprietary technology that has been pre-programmed for quick and cost-effective deployment.

Music & Tech Springboard is a BPI initiative designed to bring the music community and tech startups closer together.
