The New BPI & MU Agreement is the key document for all those involved in commissioning and paying MU session musicians. It sets out the four different ways that musicians can be commissioned, the rights that are obtained and the payments that are due. It contains the essential new Session Agreement (for studio recordings) and the new live Recording Agreement (for concert recordings).
