The BPI’s AGM and ACM will take place on Wednesday 6th July at The May Fair Hotel in London, W1J 8LT. The day will begin at 10.30am with the Annual Conference for Members (ACM) and, after a break for lunch, continue in the afternoon from 1.15pm with the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Members should all have received their invites by now, if you have not had yours and would like to attend the ACM/AGM please email nadya.jones@bpi.co.uk Further details of the ACM are below.
If you are a member of BPI, and wish to vote at the AGM but cannot attend, you are entitled to appoint and instruct a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights on your behalf. You can appoint a proxy by clicking here. The deadline for appointment of proxies is 2pm Monday 4 July 2011.
