Best Before Records
Best Before Records, a Division of Channelfly Recordings’ was launched in 2006 as part of the Channelfly Group of Companies.
Anthony Shaw previously the label manager/manager of ‘Taste Media’, working with bands Muse and Serafin, was brought into the Group to launch and run the new label.
Over the next few years the label became the home of bands like ‘The Morning After Girls’, ‘Johnny Foreigner’ and ‘Dananananaykroyd’.
In 2010, the Channelfly Group (Mama) was bought by HMV and Anthony left the group taking the Channelfly Recordings label and starting the new independent label ‘Best Before Records Limited’.
Since it’s new launch in 2011, Best Before Records Limited has had releases with English punk rock band ‘Sharks’ and Norwegian alt-rock start-ups ‘22’.

Dance Paradise UK was founded in 1995 by Andrei Riazanski and Olga Gomes to represent one of the biggest Russian record company Soyuz with a focus on to push Russian artists to European market and to make licensing deals for Russia with UK artists.
Now company working independently and proud to represent catalogues of Edel Records (Craig David, Deep Purple, Nazareth etc), Defected, Ministry of Sound UK and Kontor Records (Scooter, Jasper Forks, ATB) and many others in territory of Russia.

The Western Star Recording Company
The Western Star Recording Company was founded in 1999 and is owned and run by musician and producer Alan Wilson, who has specialised in making Rockabilly-based music since the late 1970s.
The company consists of a busy recording studio which attracts clients from all over the world and as a natural progression; Alan decided to start a record label in 2003. To date the label has released almost 60 albums and is considered one of the market leaders in their field.
One thing that has helped the label establish a reputation and strong identity in the competitive world of releasing music, is the fact that the Western Star has a strict policy of only releasing music recorded at their own purpose built studio. This gives the label an element self sufficiency and a high degree of quality control. Also coming under the Western Star ‘umbrella’ is the music publishing operation Department X publishing, which Wilson set up in the early 90s.
